我们是谁

Who we are

 

绿色建筑&建筑工业化智库是由绿色建筑和建筑工业化领域专业人士组成的国际性学术及产业智库。其目的是作为中外绿色建筑和建筑工业化领域权威专家和建筑业内精英交流思想、实现合作的平台；就中国和世界面临的建筑环境问题进行深入和持续的讨论；收集专家对中国建筑业的减碳和可持续发展的建议；并与世界其他地区分享经验。

我们汇集了世界各地建筑领域众多优秀的专家、学者和工程技术人员。

China Green Building & Industrialization Think Tank is an international academic and industrial think tank constituted by the professionals of Green Building & Industrialization. Its purpose is to serve as a platform for the exchange of ideas and achievement of cooperation among Chinese and foreign Green Building & Industrialization experts; to attract authoritative experts for in-depth and continuous discussions on architectural environmental issues facing China and the world ; to collect experts’ recommendations on carbon reduction and sustainable development  for China’s construction industry; and to share the Chinese experience with the rest of the world.

We convenes the most outstanding experts, scholars and engineering technicians of the architectural field all over the world.

Mission-Critical Objectives & Principles

 

减少碳排放，支持碳中和的建筑的发展。

通过减少消耗、增加回收利用和使用替代水源等战略提高用水效率 。

通过卓越的建筑设计、施工、使用、可达性、运营、维护和高效规划，为人类谋取健康和福祉。

追求零浪费的目标，使用生命周期思维来减少、再利用、回收和再循环，同时强调负责任的设计、生产、采购和消费。

支持智能建筑和其他技术的使用和进步，以实现可持续性、健康和适应力目标。

为各级学习者提供多样化、公平和包容的优质教育。

Decrease carbon emissions and support growth of carbon neutral buildings.

Improve water efficiency through the adoption of strategies including reducing water consumption, increasing recycling, and using alternative sources of water.

Strive for the health and well-being of mankind by excellant architechural design, construction, applicaiton, accessibility, operation, maintenance, and efficient planning.

Seek zero-waste goal. Apply life-cycle thinking of reducing, reusing, and recycling. Emphasize responsible design, production, purchasing, and consumption.

Support the use and improvement of smart buildings and other technology to achieve sustainability, health, and adaptability objectives .

Provide diverse, equitable, and comprehensive guality education for all levels of learners.

Our work

 

绿色建筑&建筑工业化智库的主要任务是：

-开展绿色建筑和建筑工业化理论研究和实践经验交流；

-主办学术会议和专题讨论会；

-为行业发展提供政策和技术咨询；

-为中外企业提供绿色建筑与产业化战略、政策、技术、市场等方面的建议；

-为中外企业提供国际业务拓展和金融财务咨询；

-编辑出版科技杂志和书籍；

-组织展览展示； 

-普及科学知识；

-推广先进技术；

-提供持续的专业发展和培训服务；

-服务会员和全体工程技术人员，成为全体会员的家园。

The main tasks of China Green Building & Industrialization Think Tank are：

- Develop the Green Building & Industrialization theoretical research and the exchange of practical experience;

- Organize academic exchanges and symposiums;

- Provide policy and technical consultancy for the industry development;

- Advise on strategies, policies, technologies and markets of green building and  industrialization for Chinese and foreign companies;

- Provide international business development and financial consultancy for domestic and foreigh companies;

- Edit and publish scientific and technical magazines and books;

- Organize exhibitions and trade shows;

- Popularize scientific knowledge;

- Promote professional knowledge the advanced technology;

- Provide the continuous professional development and training service;

- Provide homely services for all members and engineering technicians;
